Happy New Year! Here is a little video I shot just walking around the yard.

That is an impressive collection you have there. I had a two year old barbados cherry that died during last year's freeze (I didn't realize it needed to be protected). The fruit was good.
I have a four yr old uju kitsu, it is yummy. I've been planning my trip to the urban harvest fruit tree sale this past week and I was planning on getting a Meiwa Seedless, but now I'm not so sure, after your rave review of the changshou.
Blueberries are also on my list, thanks for showing yours. I have a similar plan for mine, except the spot I picked out is in full sun, guess I need to make sure they can take it in August.
Your potted trees look very healthy. What's your secret?
Love the rain barrel. I have almost settled on two 300 gallon barrels for my gazebo (probably from plastic-mart, but I have also been looking at texasmetalcisterns.net). Sorry for the long comment, but you have a lot of interesting stuff.

I would say get the largest rain barrel or cistern you can. My HOA won't let me have anything taller than the fence, so my options are limited.

As for the potted trees, I don't think I have a secret. I bury composted kitchen scraps under the mulch, and water with rainwater whenever possible. You're welcome to come get a cutting of my Changshou kumquat.
