
The recipe is simple:
3 cups chopped hot peppers
1.5 cups white vinegar/apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs lemon juice
Throw it all in a stainless steel or enamel pot and boil for 5-7 minutes. Then pour it into a blender and blend until it won't blend any more. Bottle and enjoy.
